We’ll choose premium toys, treats, & wellness products for your pet, based on the info you provide. Educational materials address a new, important and interesting wellness topic each month.
All Subscriptions (except Gift Subscriptions) auto-renew on or about the 10th of each month. Subscriptions can be cancelled for free at any time from within a customer’s profile. Cancellations must be made by the 5th to take effect the same month.

New Customer orders ship once a week. All orders placed from Sunday to Saturday are shipped by Tuesday of the following week (excluding holidays). We will send you an email as soon as your order has shipped.
All auto-renewal orders (2nd VetPet Box and beyond) ship around the 20th of each month. New customers that place their initial order in the first half of the month will wait a bit longer to receive their 2nd VetPet Box because we don’t want you to be billed for 2 boxes in the same month.
For example: Fido’s mom places an order on June 5th. His first VetPet Box will be shipped to him early the following week. The next time his mom is billed will be July 10th and Fido’s 2nd VetPet Box will ship around July 20th. Every month thereafter will follow the same schedule.
