SHIPPING AND DELIVERY, LOSS OF SHIPMENTS POLICY

4 Paws Venture Group, LLC d/b/a VetPet Box (“VetPet Box”, “we” or “us”) maintains the following policy with respect to all boxes of treats, toys, accessories and wellness related products (the “Products”) purchased through its website, www.vetpetbox.com (the “Website”).

Title to Products

Title to and the risk of loss/damage to Products shall pass from VetPet Box to you at the time we deliver the Products to the common carrier for shipment. You are responsible for filing any claims with common carriers for damaged or lost shipments of Products. We reserve the right to ship your Products in multiple boxes or shipments. In the event you are unable to reach a satisfactory agreement with the common carrier for lost or damaged Products, please notify us at support@VetPetBox.com and we would be happy to discuss how we can help you resolve your issues with the common carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

When a delivery confirmation/tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the common carrier claims delivery occured. If you do not receive a package in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue but we are not liable for a lost package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by you.

This Shipping Policy is subject to the provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Use posted on the Website. In the event that there is a conflict between this Shipping Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use, the Terms and Conditions of Use shall control.
