RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
4 Paws Venture Group, LLC d/b/a VetPet Box (“VetPet Box”, “we’ or “us”) maintains the following return policy on the boxes it sells on its website (www.vetpetbox.com) (the “Website”) of treats, toys, accessories and wellness related products (collectively, the “Products”). These Products are sold via a monthly subscription or a gift subscription as more fully described in the Terms and Conditions of Use posted on the Website.
If you are not satisfied with a monthly subscription (excluding gift subscriptions) of Products and would like to return an entire box (as opposed to a portion of a box), you may contact us at returns@VetPetBox.com. If we approve the return, we will send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) for you to return the Products to us with you bearing the costs of shipping and we will provide you a credit (less the cost of shipping incurred when the Products were originally delivered by us) in the same form as the original payment. You must return the entire box of Products within fifteen (15) days of delivery in order to qualify for a full refund (less shipping costs) and the individual Products must be unopened and unused for us to approve any such return. Refunds are at our sole discretion.
If a Product is defective or if you are not fully satisfied with any Product, you may return it within fifteen (15) days of receipt and we will send you a new item in your next monthly subscription box after your return has been processed. Please follow the instructions below. After we receive item number 4 set forth below (for damaged items), we will determine, in our sole discretion, if the Product shall be replaced with a new Product in the next shipment.
Treats and wellness related Products will only be returnable if the seal is intact and has not been broken in any manner. These Products must be unopened in order for us to accept any returns or exchanges. Toy Products will only be returnable if they are in new, unused condition. Any requested return of such Products must be within the same manner set forth below for returns of entire boxes of Products.
For gift subscriptions, we allow gift recipients to exchange individual items in the gifted box which are damaged, defective or in which the gift recipient is not fully satisfied, however, treats and wellness related Products may only be exchanged if the seal is intact and has not been broken. All approved exchanges will be replaced with a like Product (if available) and will be shipped with the next order after your return has been processed (if additional gift subscription orders remain to be shipped) or will be shipped within 30 days of your return being completed item if no additional orders remain to be shipped. No credit card refunds will be available for exchanges of gift subscription Products. All exchanges must be made in the manner set forth below.
Here are the basic steps to follow when returning or exchanging any Products:
1. Contact us at email@example.com for an RMA.
2. Pack the item securely as to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Enclose a copy of the RMA issuance email you receive from us. If your return package does not include your RMA issuance email, the return cannot be processed.
4. For returns or exchanges of damaged Products, you must include the name of the damaged item, a description of the damages and photographs of the damages in the RMA email request. In our sole discretion, we may require you to ship back the damaged Product to us for inspection before we will send you a replacement Product.
5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
6. For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or insured parcel post for your return. We are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages on the return.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by us to ensure that the conditions of return or exchange have been met. If an item is no longer in stock, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar or like item.
This Return Policy is subject to the provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Use posted on the Website. In the event that there is a conflict between this Return Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use, the Terms and Conditions of Use shall control.
