4 Paws Venture Group, LLC d/b/a PetVet Box (“PetVet Box”. “we’ or us”) maintains the following cancellation policy on the boxes it sells on its website (www.vetpetbox.com) (the “Website”) of treats, toys, accessories and wellness related products (collectively, the “Products”). These Products are sold via a monthly subscription or a gift subscription as more fully described in the Terms and Conditions of Use posted on the Website.
ALL MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED FROM MONTH TO MONTH. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY.
To cancel your monthly subscription, you may select the cancel membership option within your member account on the Website or you may send us a message at support@VetPetBox.com. Please note that cancellation email messages must be received from the same email address used to establish your subscription on the Website. You must cancel your membership by updating your account on the Website or contacting us through email by the fifth day of the month in order to stop a shipment for the same month. All cancellation requests received after the fifth day of the calendar month will apply to the next month. For example, if you cancel a subscription on June 11, your order for the month of June will be shipped in the ordinary course and the cancellation will be effective for your July order and all months thereafter.
Gift subscriptions will not be automatically renewed after the then current gift subscription period expires. You cannot cancel a gift subscription and the prepaid fee is non-refundable, subject to our Return Policy.
This Cancellation Policy is subject to the provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Use posted on the Website. In the event that there is a conflict between this Cancellation Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use, the Terms and Conditions of Use shall control.
