4 Paws Venture Group, LLC d/b/a VetPet Box (“VetPet Box”. “we’ or us”) maintains the following cancellation policy on the subscriptions it sells on its website (www.vetpetbox.com) (the “Website”) of boxes containing treats, toys, accessories and wellness related products (collectively, the “Products”). These Products are sold via a monthly subscription or a gift subscription as more fully described in the Terms and Conditions of Use posted on the Website.
ALL MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED FROM MONTH TO MONTH, EVERY OTHER MONTH, EVERY THREE MONTHS, OR EVERY SIX MONTHS. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONIN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY.
To cancel your subscription, you may select the cancel membership option withinyourmember account on the Website or you may send us a message at support@VetPetBox.com. Please note that cancellation email messages must be received from the same email address used to establish your subscription on the Website.
All monthly subscriptions must be cancelled by updating your account on the Website or contacting us through email by the fifth day of the month in order to stop the next scheduled subscription renewal. Prepaid subscriptions (Three and Six Month) cannot be cancelled during the prepaid term and the prepaid fee is non-refundable, subject to our Return Policy. Cancellation requests only apply to subscription renewals, so requests to cancel Three and Six Month subscriptions do not take effect until the prepaid term is over (either three or six months). For example, if you submit a request to cancel a Six Month subscription after the second month of service, you will still receive the remaining four monthly boxes before your subscription cancels on the month of your scheduled renewal.
All cancellation requests received after the fifth day of themonth,on a month during which a subscription renewal is scheduled, will only apply to renewals scheduled for the next month and beyond. For example, (1) if you cancel a Month to Month subscription on June 11, your order for the month of June will be shipped in the ordinary course and the cancellation will be effective for your July order and all months thereafter; (2) if you cancel a Three Month subscriptionthat is scheduled to renew in June,on June 7, your subscription will still renew on June 10. Your boxes for June, July, and August will be shipped in the ordinary course and the cancellation will be effective to prevent your September renewal and all renewals thereafter.
Gift subscriptions will not be automatically renewed after the then current gift subscription period expires. You cannot cancel a gift subscription and the prepaid fee is non-refundable, subject to our Return Policy.
This Cancellation Policy is subject to the provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Use posted on the Website. In the event that there is a conflict between this Cancellation Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use, the Terms and Conditions of Use shall control.
